Nothing too exciting to report today. Got woken up early with a call and then just worked on homework all day; just another exciting shift on the Oregon Coast. This evening we watched the Deer Hunter (which is over 3 hours long!). It really was not that good, it could have been less that 1.5 hours long and still got the same point across. I am really surprised that it won best picture in 1978. Needless to say, movies have come a long way and I am really glad. Well, I am getting off early tomorrow morning (because Albert needs to get off early and our relief is car pooling together), so I am going to hit the sheets nice and early; hope I get some sleep!
